krautfuzz started out recording live improvisations at the ZONE Studio, Berlin, in November 2022.
As Imari Kokubo (drums), Dirk Dresselhaus (guitar/vocal), and Derek Shirley (bass) come from an
extended variety of musical backgrounds, including activities with the likes of Faust, Vladislav Delay
Quartet, die ANGEL, Schneider TM, Piratezombiedog, Monno, The Still, and Hi-Speed Dubbing, the
premise is to boil down stylistic concepts to their essence by playing adventurous, cathartic, and
time-transcending music without a safety net, while giving some extra attention to
communication in-between each other as well as to the individual subconsciousness. krautfuzz is
embossed by an angular-futuristic tension, spanning from fuzzed-out neo-psych-rock to
abstract, heavily processed minimalism to pure noise, and is open at the fringes, which means
the implementation of occasional, non-typical musical elements in the studio, live video
improvisations by iLan katin as well as surprise guest performers at their live shows, which
usually join in at the 2nd set of the evening and so far included luminaires such as saz player Murat
Ertel (Baba Zula), experimental saxophonist André Vida, J Mascis (Dinosaur Jr.), sitar player Chandra
Shukla (Xambuca), or Eleni Poulou (ex-The Fall) & Hilary Jeffery (zeitkratzer).

krautfuzz begannen im November 2022 mit der Aufnahme von Live-Improvisationen im ZONE

untereinander und dem individuellen Unterbewusstsein besondere Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt wird.
krautfuzz ist geprägt von einer kantig-futuristischen Spannung, die von fuzzed-out Neo-Psych-
Rock über abstrakten, stark bearbeiteten Minimalismus bis hin zu purem Noise reicht und offen
an den Rändern ist, was die Implementierung gelegentlicher, untypischer musikalischer Elemente
im Studio, Live-Videoimprovisationen von iLan katin sowie Überraschungsgästen bei ihren
Liveshows bedeutet, die in der Regel im zweiten Set des Abends einsteigen und zu denen bisher
Koryphäen wie der Saz-Spieler Murat Ertel (Baba Zula), der Experimental-Saxophonist André Vida, J
Mascis (Dinosaur Jr.), Sitar-Spieler Chandra Shukla (Xambuca) oder Eleni Poulou (ex-The Fall) &
Hilary Jeffery (zeitkratzer) zählten.

MITRAILLE: The city of Antwerp, Belgium may be primarily known for its harbour, cathedral and diamond trade, but anyone who scratches beneath the surface can find a thriving underground scene. Especially in the last few years the great output of hardcore and garage punk bands makes one suspect that - besides massive PFAS pollution and record breaking cocaine residue levels - there must be something in the water.

Mitraille burst unto this scene in 2018 with a sound that takes the bursting-at-the-seams energy of modern day basement hardcore and injects it into a strain of diseased garage- and post punk. Think Uranium Club if they were Motörhead roadies with anger management issues. The band has been shredding its way through Europe since day one, releasing three EP's and a full album in the process. With a new album due for autumn 2024, Mitraille is ready to spread the Belgian garagecore gospel once more.

Snailmate is the Phoenix-based musical duo composed of lyricist, singer and synth-wizard Kalen Lander and drummer and backup vocalist Bentley Monet. Together, the two create music that fuses synthpunk, grindcore pop, and nerd rap for an unpredictable and explosive sound. The band is known for their frenetic and impressive live shows. Performing over a thousand shows, Snailmate has cultivated a fervent fanbase that aims to be inclusive with the band priding their shows as a safe space for all genders and people of all sexualities.                                              
Snailmate has released two full length albums "Stress Sandwich" and "Love in the Microwave" as well as a myriad of EPs and singles covering a wide range of genres and topics. Arte Bella & The Fellas aus Berlin bespielen mit ihrer 'Soulful Ska Fusion' nun schon seit 2 Jahren die Bühnen Berlins und anderen Städten der Republik. Bei ihren bereits mehr als 30 Konzerten durften sie u.a. mit Bands wie La Brigade du Kif, Xavi Sarrià aber auch The Hacklers, The Valkyrians und den Travelers All Stars auftreten. Außerdem waren sie bereits auf mehreren Festivals zu Gast.Nach kurzer Konzertpause meldet sich die 8-köpfige und 3-sprachige Band mit neuen Konzertdaten für 2025 zurück und hat dieses Jahr sogar ihren ersten Tonträger im Gepäck! Eine Split-LP mit der befreundeten Band Tighten Up aus Dresden, die bei Smith&Miller Records erscheinen wird. Das Lucha Amada DJ Kollektiv aus Bonn und Berlin lud das erste Mal 2001 zum rebellischen Tanz, die Fiesta Lucha Amada ist seitdem bekannt für ihr sympathisches Publikum und die überaus positive und fröhliche Stimmung sowie grenzenlose Beats mit politischem Anspruch. Beim Lucha Amada-Soundcocktail aus Latin-Ska, Reggae, Cumbia, Salsamuffin, Rap, Patchanka, Radical Mestizo und Balkansounds dürfen weder Revolutions- und Partisan*innenlieder in neuen, tanzbaren Versionen fehlen als auch obskure Remixe diverser Punk-Klassiker in karibischem Flair.
